Rosie news (6-7 months old):
Here I am with Charlie on Wednesday, when Mummy came back from work for lunch and cuddled both of us. This weekend Daddy fixed my bike seat to his bike. I liked sitting in it, so in the afternoon Mummy and Daddy bought me a yellow bike hat so now we can all go for bike rides.
18th September. I'm 7 months old today and here I am taking the first ever bath in our brand new bath!! Just a few last cosmetic things left before the whole new bathroom is finished.
16th September. It is Uncle Tim's birthday today so we all met up for lunch at Anglesey Abbey along with El and Tim's friends Sarah, Raj, and Henry (who's 2). After lunch we enjoyed the gardens before it was time for afternoon tea (Charlie has some pictures on his webpage too). Luckily Auntie El and Uncle Tim then let Mummy, Daddy and I have baths and showers at their house because our bathroom is still not finished!
15th September. Today I went for afternoon tea at The Orchard with my cousins Bruce and Marilyn who are briefly visiting from Australia.
14th September. I have been feeling a bit poorly this week, but today I cut my first tooth! It is on the bottom at the front. I am also now able to roll from my back to my front and then back again if I want to. Mummy hasn't been able to take a photo of my tooth, so here's me in my high chair eating Weetabix for breakfast instead.
1st September. Daddy is home from Japan!! He brought a lovely Hello Kitty puppet for me. Today Mummy and I went to church while Daddy caught up on sleep. I played in the children's chapel which was lots of fun. This afternoon I took Daddy and Mummy to the play park and I went on the swing and slide. PS: Granny bought me these trousers on Friday when I went to the Maize Maze with El and Charlie, and we met up with Granny and Grandad again for tea.
August: For the Bank Holiday weekend, Mummy and I went to visit Granny and Grandad in Colchester. We all had a lovely time, and the weather was warm and sunny. One day we went out to a garden centre for tea and I had my lunch out. Another day we went to visit Jill and Jenny Goodwin.
Mummy has started back at work 3 days a week, and now I go to nursery in Trumpington on Mondays and Thursdays, but for now, Auntie El looks after me on Wednesdays. Here I am with Charlie on our first Wednesday. Granny made us these jumpers.
Daddy has gone to the US and Japan for work for 11days, so here he is playing with me before he had to leave. I will miss him.
I am six months old this now, and here I am being happy, enjoying carrot mush for lunch, and trying to eat toast for the first time.
